These Terms govern access to and use of the BrandOps platform. Acceptance is required to use the Service.

The Service

BrandOps is a brand operating system for planning, creating, managing, and publishing brand-aligned content.

  • Brand setup and knowledge management
  • Content planning and drafting assistance
  • AI-assisted content refinement
  • Multi-platform publishing tools
  • Usage-based credits for AI and publishing

BrandOps supports users without making decisions on their behalf.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. Representatives must have authority to bind their organization.

Account Registration

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain account credential security
  • Notify BrandOps immediately of unauthorized access

User Responsibilities

You remain responsible for all content created, uploaded, scheduled, or published using BrandOps.

  • Text, images, links, and media
  • Brand profiles, tone definitions, and messaging rules
  • Published or scheduled posts
  • Content must not infringe intellectual property or laws

AI Assistance Disclaimer

  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
  • AI assistance is provided “as-is” and “as-available”
  • You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving AI output

BrandOps does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, legality, or performance of AI-generated content.

Publishing & Platform Disclaimer

BrandOps supports publishing to third-party platforms but is not affiliated with them.

  • Each platform has its own policies and enforcement
  • BrandOps does not guarantee approval, reach, or engagement
  • Platform enforcement actions remain your responsibility

Acceptable Use

  • No spam, scams, or deceptive practices
  • No impersonation or misrepresentation
  • Respect platform policies
  • No harassment, hate speech, or illegal content
  • Do not bypass safeguards or enable mass abuse

Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

Credits, Billing, and Payments

  • AI Credits for AI-assisted actions
  • Post Credits for publishing content
  • Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
  • Unused credits do not roll over unless stated
  • Prices, credit limits, and plans may change with notice

Subscription Management

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past charges.

Access to features and credits may change after cancellation or plan changes.

Data & Privacy

Our handling of personal and brand data is described in the Privacy Policy, which you accept by using BrandOps.

Intellectual Property

BrandOps and its software are owned by us. You retain ownership of your content while granting BrandOps a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

Account Suspension & Termination

  • Violation of Terms
  • Misuse of the Service
  • Legal or platform requirements

Suspension or termination may be immediate and may forfeit credits and subscriptions. Data may be deleted according to the data retention policy.

Service Availability

  • Provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis
  • No guarantee of continuous availability or error-free operation
  • Parts of the Service may change, suspend, or be discontinued

Limitation of Liability

  • No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • No liability for loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
  • No liability for platform enforcement actions
  • Total liability capped at the amount paid in the preceding 12 months

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BrandOps harmless for claims arising from your use, content, or violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
