This AI Usage Policy explains how AI features operate inside BrandOps, and it supplements the Terms of Service by clarifying the human-in-control model.

AI exists to assist while the human remains in control, with safeguards, limits, and transparency about data use.

Purpose of AI in BrandOps

AI is provided to assist human users, not to replace judgment or decisions.

  • Support content drafting, refinement, and adaptation
  • Help maintain consistency with defined brand rules
  • Reduce repetitive manual work in content operations
  • AI is not designed to act autonomously
  • AI does not make publishing decisions
  • AI does not define brand strategy independently

Human-in-Control Model

  • Users explicitly initiate AI actions
  • Users review, edit, and approve AI-generated outputs
  • Content is never published automatically by AI

BrandOps does not generate, schedule, or publish content without direct user review and approval.

Limitations of AI Output

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate.

  • May not reflect factual correctness or legal compliance
  • May produce similar output for different users
  • Should not be relied upon as factual, legal, or professional advice

User Responsibility

  • Review and approve all AI-assisted content
  • Verify accuracy, legality, and appropriateness
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and platform policies
  • Confirm alignment with brand standards and values

BrandOps does not assume responsibility for the use or consequences of AI-generated output.

Use of Brand and Content Data in AI Processing

  • Brand profiles, tone definitions, and messaging rules
  • Content drafts, planning context, and instructions
  • User inputs related to AI-assisted actions

Data is processed only to deliver requested AI functionality; BrandOps does not use it to train public models or sell it.

Third-Party AI Providers

  • AI processing may be performed by external providers on behalf of BrandOps
  • Processing occurs on-demand to fulfill user-initiated requests
  • Third-party providers process data solely to deliver requested functionality

BrandOps remains responsible for how AI features are integrated and governed within the Service.

Safeguards and Fair Use

  • Credit-based usage limits
  • Manual review requirements prior to publishing
  • Monitoring for misuse, abuse, or policy violations

Attempts to bypass safeguards or automate misuse may lead to suspension or termination.

No Guarantees

  • Accuracy, originality, or uniqueness are not guaranteed
  • Content performance, engagement, or outcomes are not promised
  • Platform acceptance or distribution is not guaranteed

AI features are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

Changes to AI Features

  • Modify, improve, or discontinue AI features
  • Adjust usage limits or credit costs
  • Introduce new AI-assisted workflows

Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
